John Reich's Capped Bust Design first seen on the Half Dollar of 1807 was extended to the Dime in 1809. Issues up to 1820 were sporadic, with coins struck only in 1809, 1811 and 1814. Beginning in 1820, issues became much more regular. The Classic Set adds ten coins to the Basic Set – most of which are Large/Small Date varieties, and variations in the size of the 10C on the reverse. Like the Basic set, the 1822 is the key date with most of the others all worth roughly the same.
