The 1915 Proof Set would be the last "full" set for over 20 years. The Dime, Quarter and Half were struck with the traditional brilliant mirror finish, but the Cent and Nickel continued to employ the matte finish, which had begun with the gold coins in 1908. Only 450 coins each of the silver coins were made, so they are by definition scarce.
