Most are MS-64 or below and are bagmarked. Attractive MS-65 and finer coins are in the minority.James Sego offers this additional comment published in the Bowers reference: "Of all of the 1977 and 1978 varieties this is the most difficult to find in superb gem grade." Only two PCGS MS-67 coins have sold at auction in recent years, the Heritage June 2017 Long Beach Signature Auction:3791 coin and the specimen that sold as lot 5299 in our November 2024 Showcase Auction.
