- INDIA. Madras Presidency. Pagoda, ND (ca. 1740-1807). NGC MS-65. Fr-1575; KM-304; Prid-3B. Obverse: Three deities standing; Reverse: Coarsely stippled. A boldly struck, untoned, and fully lustrous example with the obverse struck slightly offset, such that the figures are visible from only about waist up. Struck on a well-made planchet that shows only minimal fracturing at the edge. Tied for the finest example of this type graded by NGC. Estimate: $200 - $400.
