详细说明: Franklin half dollar collectors take note of this important opportunity! Presented here is one of the dozen FINEST graded examples of this conditionally rare date; just eight are graded MS67 FBL and there are just three finer in MS67+ FBL. The present SUPERB GEM is highly lustrous, the surfaces highlight a gorgeous frame of lemon and tangerine-gold on the obverse and sharply struck, frosty devices on both sides. Only under intense magnification with the aid of a strong glass does a few miniscule tiny ticks are seen, but these have zero impact on the wonderful eye appeal. A truly SUPERB example, this GEM belongs in a great set. PCGS 8, NGC 5. There has not been a non-CAC example sold in auction since the 2016 ANA auction where one brought just shy of $10,000. More recently a CAC approved example realized $26,400 in the 2019 ANA auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $15,000. NONE of the three MS67+ FBLs that have been graded finer have ever sold in auction, making this a prime candidate for one of the FINEST Franklin half dollar sets on the PCGS Registry. Cert.
