- EL SALVADOR. El Salvador - Spanish America. Real, ND (1869). PCGS GOOD-04; Countermark: Fine Details. KM-46. Type VI countermark applied to the obverse of an uncertain host, though likely a Potosi or Mexico City Mint Cob issue. Though the host is incredibly well worn, making attribution quite difficult, this countermark is nevertheless appealing, allowing this tactile example to serve quite well as a representative.
