Emanating from the final year of issue, this ultimate issue stands as a fairly RAREtype, especially when encountered this enticing. Offering full Gem quality with rich brown surfaces, it emanates from the period just before the pivotal events of 1917--the abdication of Nicholas, the brief rule of Kerensky's provisional government, the subsequent Bolshevik overthrow, and finally Finland's independence.
