- 25.9 mm. 81.6 grains. Fairly even brown surfaces are slightly granular up close and retain a bit of natural debris in the obverse recesses. Reasonably well struck with good obverse detail and the usual softness at the reverse center. A late die state example with a prominent obverse crack crossing Washington's nose, extending from the rim over the G of WASHINGTON to the rim over his head, at 11 o'clock.
