- GERMANY. Augsburg. Coronation of Joseph I Silver Medal, 1690. Joseph I (1690-1711). PCGS SP-55 Secure Holder. 48 mm. Forster-662. By P. H. Muller. Winged genius holding medallions of Joseph I as well as his parents Leopold I and Eleonore-Magdalena of Neuburg with three radiant suns above; Reverse: Draped and crowned figures of Pannonia, Germania and Bohemia standing with heraldic shields and holding cornucopias. Some mild handling wear on high points and contact marks but otherwise quite a handsome old medal struck on still lustrous metal which shows some cobalt blue toning in a few spots of periphery.
