Originally a type that was issued by the Ottawa Bakery of A. J. Dompierre, the balance of mintage from 1881 was acquired by numismatist J. P. Prudhomme in 1885, who subsequently commissioned his own series six years later in order to trade with other collectors. Estimate: $100 - $200.
