A strong luster broadcasts itself across the GEM quality surfaces of this later date large cent. Light iridescent toning blends with ample original red and rich, deeper brown. Nicely struck, the definition is crisp and complete. We note a couple of tiny, insignificant flecks that do not detract from the very pleasing visual quality. PCGS 40, NGC 43. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $1,750 and recent NGC APRs are $1,140 to $1,320. Between PCGS and NGC, just 14 have graded higher in the BN category. Cert.
