- 1892-S/S Barber Quarter. Type I Reverse. FS-501. Repunched Mintmark. MS-64 (NGC). A brilliant and beautiful near-Gem with sharply struck devices and full satin luster. This first year Barber quarter issue from the San Francisco Mint is scarce to rare in all grades, the mintage limited for the type at just 964,079 coins.
