- OMAN. 10 Omani Rials, 1995. PCGS PROOF-69 Deep Cameo Gold Shield. Fr-18; KM-142a. Struck to celebrate the 25th National Day anniversary. Usually struck in silver, this RARE gold striking features the Central Bank of Oman building and remains in untouched condition with deeply reflective fields and finely frosted designs.
