- 详细说明
- After the stock market crash in October 1929 and the ensuing Great Depression, Walking Liberty half dollars were not struck again until 1933. Only the San Francisco mint struck half dollars that year, and after three full years of the economic depression, demand for circulating coinage remained low, only 1,786,000 were struck. This CAC-endorsed PQ GEM features a rich mint luster and a sharp strike. Traces of clear gold grace the exceptionally clean and brilliant surfaces, attesting to the originality and adding to the SUPERB eye appeal.
PCGS 128, NGC 67, CAC 40. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $6,500 and this coin sold over a decade ago for $6,325. Including, no doubt some quantity of duplication, there are just 41 graded higher at PCGS. We expect this coin will see very strong bidding when it crosses the block. Good luck.
