- 29 mm. Above average quality for the type. The surfaces are predominantly smooth and nicely frosted with some faded pinkish-rose mint color peering from the protected areas around the peripheries. Otherwise warmly toned in olive and copper-brown with crisp striking detail further enhancing the appearance. British Conder tokens of this type, and with similar obverse motifs, are often included in American collections of Hard Times tokens alongside examples of HT-81 and HT-82, the popular kneeling enslaved person type.
