- (t) CHINA. Tien-tsin French Concession "Nam Fong Club" Brass Token, ND (ca. 1902-45). PCGS MS-65. Lec-1. Struck for the Nam Fong Club, with scalloped edges. A boldly struck token with full brassy luster. The finest certified example at PCGS and will be the finest we have offered. In our August 2019 Hong Kong Sale, a PCGS MS-63 sold for $960. Attributed in LeCompte to Chinese origin, but some allege this token was struck for circulation in northern California. Estimate: $300 - $500.
