Obverse: Helvetia and Ticino seated above a tunnel from which a locomotive emerges; perimeter legend; Reverse: Arms of the Canton of Ticino, with, rifle and flags in the left foreground, a view of Lake Lugano with the city and mountains in the background at right; legend in banderole above. This piece combines an appealing design with an elevated grade, significant luster and splashes of champagne toning; a most attractive specimen. Estimate: $500 - $700.
