- MEXICO. San Luis Potosi. Heroes of the Homeland Silver Proclamation Medal, 1828. PCGS VF-35. Grove-75A; Fonrobert-6967. Diameter: 29mm. Obverse: Female personification of Mexico seated facing, head lowered left, holding phrygian cap on pole and key; cactus to left, cornucopia to right; Reverse: Legend in six lines; above, arrow and key crossed in saltire; star below.
