- 49.1 mm. A particularly attractive example, with rich glossy chocolate brown surfaces and a few hints of mint color around the reverse periphery. Sharp and appealing, with exacting detail elicited by Prieto's masterful dies. A couple of parallel scratches are noted in the right obverse field and a little rim bruise is seen on the reverse left of 6 o'clock, but this is far finer than most we've seen or handled in this composition. A well preserved survivor of this important historical medal.
