- 1741/0/39-R Sou Marque. Orleans Mint. Vlack-178b. Rarity-7. MS-61 (PCGS). 37.3 grains. A very sharply struck specimen with the clearest star/battleaxe over punching and a very bold overdate. The piece is a nice warm rose-gray in color. The coin was so sharply struck the flan cracked in between the dies, evident on the obverse at the letters NO in NOM, on the reverse bisecting the D in D.G. Provenance: From the Sydney F.
