- 1801 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. BB-212, B-2. Rarity-3. Bowers Die State I. AU-50 (PCGS). Secure Holder. Generally silver-gray in tone, this piece does reveal pale-pink highlights to the color as the surfaces rotate under a light. Nicely centered in strike and overall boldly defined, light wear does little more than define the grade. A smooth-looking AU with good eye appeal and traces of original luster still peering through the toning at certain angles.
