- 1740-K Sou Marque. Bordeaux Mint. Vlack-123. Rarity-5. AU-55 (PCGS). 30.5 grains. Warm antique golden-gray patina with glints of light steel. The strike is well centered and bold in most areas, mentionable softness confined to the obverse crown and lower reverse field. A trace of roughness is typical for the type, the in hand appearance fairly smooth in the absence of significant flaws. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
