Rum'n'Cola Collection. 45 graded MS-67. 4 graded MS-67 "star", 6 higher at NGC. Sensational in terms of preserved quality, the cheek shows nary a speck of contact and all of the fields look as fresh and clean as the day the coin was struck, excepting an innocuous area of light golden toning left of the eagle on the reverse. While extremely common in most grades, 1883-O becomes downright rare as a properly-graded superb gem, which is fully the case here. Indeed, it seems impossible that so few survive this nice out of a mintage of nine-million!
