- YEMEN. 1/2 Ahmadi Riyal, AH 1379 (1959). Sana'a Mint. al-Nasir Ahmad bin Yahya (Imam Ahmad). PCGS MS-66. KM-Y-16.2. A delightful pearly white example, which, despite being crudely struck from the center of a Maria Theresa Taler, boasts remarkable overall eye appeal. Preservation is astounding, and the design is near fully formed with only a hint of weakness in the pommels of the scimitars.
