- EL SALVADOR. Colon, 1925. NGC MS-64. KM-131. One year type, celebrating the Quadricentennial founding of San Salvador, from a mintage of only 2,000 pieces. The obverse features Conquistador Alvarado and President Quinonez busts facing left; Reverse: Arms of the Republic. Perfectly struck with flashy surfaces and instances of pale tone on both sides.
