- 1913 United States Assay Commission Medal. By Charles E. Barber and George T. Morgan. JK AC-57. Rarity-5. Bronze. Specimen-64 (PCGS). 45 mm. Olive-brown finish, darkening a bit around the devices. Accompanied by the original Strong Museum cardboard tray holder. (Total: 1 medal; 1 holder) Although this is the most frequently encountered Assay Commission medal of the period 1910 to 1913, its absolute rarity is confirmed by a mintage of just 25 bronze specimens.
