Obverse: Arms of Bern and Biel at left and right respectively, Swiss cross above, all within a mixed oak and laurel wreath; perimeter legend; Reverse: City defender in period uniform, facing and striding forward, bearing standard with Arms of Biel, city view in the near background; perimeter legend above.
