- 1827 Matron Head Cent. N-6. Rarity-3. AU-58 (NGC). Handsome surfaces that are glossy and a deep coffee-brown color with subtle tan undertones. No mentionable marks or blemishes. Still slightly lustrous. M-LDS with die cracks encircling the stars and date. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
