Obverse: Standing allegory of Vaud holding banner in right hand, a shield in her left; putto inscribing TIR CANT… on shield Reverse: Triple shields in trophy of weapons, perimeter legends above and below. A lovely example of this issue with steely argent peering through a light champagne toning throughout, and a touch of gold and russet about the allegorical figure.
