详细说明: THE B.S.T. COLLECTION Ex Naftzger Collection, as noted on the insert. This is a VERY HIGH GRADE N-1 from the Naftzger Collection. Tied for #2 spot on the Del Bland Census and #7 on the Noyes census, this one ranks as TIED FOR FINEST at PCGS in the BN category for all 1818 large cents, regardless of die pair. A very attractive example that displays bluish steel-brown and chocolate brown patina that is enlivened by a bold luster. The reverse is a wonderful even, light to medium brown color and both sides have hints of original mint color that comes out when rotated in a light. The luster is quite bold. Well struck from a middle to late die state with some minor rim cuds along the obverse. The eye appeal, as expected for a Naftzger large cent, is spectacular!
