Obverse: Arms of Switzerland and Zug with shooting hat above and crossed rifles behind, with a mixed oak and laurel wreath surround; perimeter legend above, value below; Reverse: Warrior Hans Landwing from 1422 standing holding saved banner in the left hand and an axe in his right; perimeter legend above, date in exergue below.
